The Chemical Waste Litigation Reporter is a monthly service that provides comprehensive reporting on litigation under Superfund and RCRA and related Clean Water Act, insurance, tort, contract, bankruptcy, securities and criminal cases. Each issue of the Reporter contains approximately 150 pages of critical material on significant legal developments in the field of hazardous waste, including detailed case digests and news stories prepared by attorneys experienced in Superfund law and full copies of important decisions. In addition, the Reporter contains analyses of the significance of key new decisions and timely and informative articles prepared by leading practitioners, experts in economics and other related fields, and government personnel.
The format of the Reporter is designed to give readers quick access to the information provided in each issue: the front page contains a “Highlights” column summarizing key holdings described more thoroughly in the following pages, the index of cases reported provides a concise summary of the importance of each decision, and each case analysis is preceded by a brief summary of the facts and holding of the case. Time-pressed readers are thus able to determine which decisions are most relevant to their clients’ needs and can then focus on the in-depth summary and analysis of those opinions.
Subscribers to the Chemical Waste Litigation Reporter also regularly receive an updated, cumulative Outline of RCRA/CERCLA Enforcement Issues and Holdings, prepared by David O. Ledbetter and others at Hunton & Williams. More than 6000 rulings from virtually the entire body of RCRA and Superfund litigation–30 years’ worth of litigation, 1,500 cases–are described and categorized in the Outline, which subscribers have found invaluable to quick and effective RCRA/CERCLA research.
Price: $4100.00 per year. Subscriptions begin in December or June. Back issues available to subscribers only.
